Join us for a hands-on morning of expert tuition. You will learn to mix, knead, and shape fresh pasta from scratch before enjoying a two-course lunch in the pub. All your handmade produce will be labeled and ready for you to take home alongside professional recipe notes.
What You’ll Learn:
Doughs: Saffron, Tomato, and Squid Ink.
Styles: Ravioli, Tortellini, Cannelloni, and Linguine. (Note: A selection of the above will be made for the practical session).
Itinerary:
09:00: Coffee and pastries.
09:30: Class starts in ‘The Barn’.
12:00: Two-course lunch in the pub.
14:00: Finish.
