Join me for a Sound Bath. Sound baths are perfect for all ages and provide total relaxation through immersion in healing sounds; a great anecdote for busy, stressful lives.
I begin with a little breath work and a short, guided meditation to encourage the mind and body to become calm and still. Then participants simply lie back on a mat or relax on a chair and can enjoy a soothing soundscape with the healing sounds of the Singing Bowls, Gongs, Hand pan, Shamanic Drum, Sansula, Koshi Bells, Rainstick and more!
