Welcome to Oakham Artistic Gymnastic Academy, We offer classes from walking age up to adult classes. We deliver classes suited to all abilities in a safe environment with fully qualified British Gymnastics trained coaches.
Gymnastics is the foundation for all sports and we help teach and promote the fundamentals including balance, coordination, flexibility, speed, power and endurance along with teaching how to jump, swing, climb and roll safely. All gymnasts get the opportunity to work on Beam, Bars, Vault, Trampoline, Air track and Floor skills.
