Highlights
Master the art of fresh pasta during a comprehensive morning of hands-on tuition. Your experience begins at 9am with coffee and pastries, followed by an expert-led session in ‘The Barn’. You will dive into the essential skills of an expert pasta maker—mixing, kneading, rolling, and shaping your own creations.
Following the workshop, enjoy a two-course lunch in the pub, featuring ingredients and techniques explored during the morning session. After lunch, guests may depart or choose to check in and stay at Beech House. You will leave with all your handmade produce, professionally labeled, alongside recipe notes to recreate the magic at home.
